These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Closnetic website, software platform, applications, communications, tools, forms, mortgage and real estate relationship-management features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Closnetic™ is a software platform and brand owned and operated by Mobile Media Plus, LLC (“Mobile Media Plus,” “Closnetic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing Closnetic.com, creating a Closnetic account, submitting information through Closnetic, using the Closnetic platform, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
Closnetic is a technology platform designed to help mortgage and real estate professionals manage relationships, leads, contacts, opportunities, referrals, communications, appointments, tasks, mortgage workflows, real estate transactions, marketing activities, and related business processes.
Closnetic may be used by:
Mortgage professionals, including Mortgage Loan Originators (“MLOs”), loan officers, processors, assistants, and other authorized mortgage professionals;
Real estate professionals, including licensed real estate agents, Realtors®, brokers, team members, referral partners, and other authorized real estate professionals; and
Consumers, including prospective homebuyers, home sellers, borrowers, mortgage applicants, homeowners, and other individuals interacting with participating mortgage or real estate professionals.
The specific features available to you depend on your account, role, organization, subscription, permissions, and relationship to other Closnetic users.
Closnetic provides software and technology services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, Closnetic and Mobile Media Plus, LLC are not mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers, banks, credit unions, real estate brokerages, title companies, insurance companies, appraisal companies, credit reporting agencies, law firms, or financial advisors.
Closnetic does not itself approve or deny mortgage loans, determine loan eligibility, establish mortgage interest rates or loan terms, appraise properties, provide legal advice, provide tax advice, provide investment advice, or represent buyers or sellers in real estate transactions.
Mortgage and real estate services displayed, coordinated, or communicated through Closnetic are provided by the applicable independent licensed professional, company, lender, brokerage, or other service provider.
Using Closnetic, creating an account, completing a form, communicating with an MLO, submitting information, receiving a prequalification or preapproval-related communication, or participating in a mortgage workflow does not guarantee approval for a mortgage loan.
Mortgage approval may depend on factors including income, employment, assets, debts, credit history, property eligibility, appraisal results, underwriting requirements, lender requirements, applicable laws, and other factors determined by the applicable lender or mortgage professional.
Final loan decisions are made by the applicable lender or authorized financial institution—not by Closnetic.
Use of Closnetic does not guarantee that a property will be located, purchased, sold, financed, listed, placed under contract, or successfully closed.
Real estate transactions involve independent parties and circumstances outside Closnetic’s control, including buyers, sellers, agents, brokers, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, attorneys, title companies, insurers, government entities, and other service providers.
MLOs, real estate agents, brokers, processors, assistants, team members, and other professional users are responsible for maintaining all licenses, registrations, approvals, education, sponsorships, and other credentials required to conduct their professional activities.
Professional users are solely responsible for determining whether their activities conducted through Closnetic comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, brokerage policies, lender policies, and professional obligations.
Closnetic’s availability of a feature does not mean that every user is legally permitted to use that feature in every jurisdiction or circumstance.
Consumers may use Closnetic to communicate with mortgage and real estate professionals, request information, manage appointments, receive updates, submit inquiries, and participate in mortgage or real estate workflows.
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Submitting information through Closnetic does not create a lender-borrower relationship with Closnetic or Mobile Media Plus, LLC.
Any lending, brokerage, agency, fiduciary, or professional relationship exists between you and the applicable licensed professional or organization, subject to their own agreements and applicable law.
Certain Closnetic workflows may allow users to maintain general mortgage-related information necessary for relationship and transaction management.
Closnetic should not be used as a substitute for a lender’s secure loan origination system or other specialized system required for collecting highly sensitive financial information.
Unless Closnetic specifically provides a secure feature intended for that information, users should not enter Social Security numbers, online banking credentials, passwords, complete payment-card information, or other highly sensitive authentication information into ordinary CRM notes, messages, tasks, or fields.
Professional users are responsible for using appropriate secure systems for sensitive mortgage and financial documentation.
Certain Closnetic features require an account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for activities conducted through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may not share credentials with unauthorized individuals, attempt to access another user’s account, circumvent permissions, or attempt to access information you are not authorized to view.
You should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Closnetic may use role-based permissions and relationship-based access controls.
Roles may include Super Administrator, Mortgage Loan Originator, Real Estate Agent or Realtor Partner, Processor or Assistant, Real Estate Team Member, and other roles introduced by Closnetic.
Access to information may depend upon your role, organization, assigned contacts, assigned opportunities, referral relationships, team membership, or other authorized relationships.
Attempting to bypass these restrictions is prohibited.
Closnetic may maintain relationships between consumers, mortgage professionals, real estate professionals, and referral partners.
Information concerning referral relationships may be maintained for operational, reporting, attribution, communication, and recordkeeping purposes.
Closnetic’s recording of a referral does not itself determine whether compensation is permitted or owed.
Professional users remain responsible for ensuring that referral arrangements, fees, payments, marketing arrangements, and other compensation comply with applicable laws, regulations, licensing rules, brokerage policies, lender policies, and contractual obligations.
Closnetic may facilitate communications between authorized users through email, SMS/text messaging, telephone, notifications, tasks, appointments, and other communication channels.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authorization and consent before communicating with another person through Closnetic where consent is required.
Closnetic may maintain records of communications for operational, security, compliance, customer-service, and audit purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
Closnetic may offer optional SMS/text messaging programs for consumers and professional users.
Depending on the program and the consent provided, messages may include launch announcements, account notifications, appointment reminders, customer-care messages, mortgage or real estate status updates, requested information, product updates, and promotional messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may reply STOP to opt out of applicable recurring text messages.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using Closnetic or obtaining mortgage or real estate services.
Where required, SMS consent will be requested separately from acceptance of these Terms.
Providing a telephone number alone does not necessarily constitute consent to receive recurring promotional text messages.
Current verification rules similarly require messaging consent to remain optional and separate from unrelated services and general Terms acceptance.
When a particular SMS program requires consent, Closnetic or the applicable participating business may maintain records documenting that consent.
Users who have not provided the required consent should not be treated as having opted in merely because their telephone number appears in Closnetic.
Marketing or promotional SMS consent must be obtained through the appropriate affirmative consent mechanism before applicable promotional messages are sent.
Opt-out requests must be honored in accordance with applicable requirements.
SMS opt-in information and consent are not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Closnetic may facilitate transactional, informational, customer-care, and marketing email communications.
Recipients may unsubscribe from applicable marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those messages.
Certain non-marketing communications relating to an account, requested service, security issue, transaction, or customer-service request may still be sent where appropriate.
Closnetic may allow professional users to create automated workflows involving email, SMS, tasks, notifications, appointments, follow-up sequences, pipeline activities, and other actions.
Professional users are responsible for configuring and using automated communications appropriately and for ensuring that recipients have provided any consent required by law or applicable industry rules.
The availability of an automation feature does not constitute legal advice or a representation that every proposed communication is legally permissible.
Closnetic may offer artificial-intelligence-assisted features.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information and should be reviewed by an appropriate person before being relied upon.
AI-generated information does not constitute legal, mortgage, underwriting, real estate, tax, financial, or other professional advice.
Users remain responsible for decisions and communications made using AI-assisted features.
Closnetic may integrate with third-party products and services such as email providers, telecommunications providers, calendars, property-search services, mortgage systems, payment processors, analytics services, and other technology platforms.
Third-party services may have separate terms, privacy policies, fees, availability requirements, and restrictions.
Closnetic is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, outages, policies, or services of third-party providers.
You may not use Closnetic to engage in unlawful activity; commit fraud or misrepresentation; impersonate another person; send spam or unauthorized communications; harass or threaten others; upload malicious code; attempt unauthorized system access; circumvent security controls; improperly access another professional’s contacts or clients; scrape or extract information without authorization; interfere with the platform; or use Closnetic in a manner that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect Closnetic, its users, consumers, or others.
Closnetic™, its branding, logos, software, interfaces, workflows, designs, documentation, content, and related intellectual property are owned by Mobile Media Plus, LLC or its licensors unless otherwise indicated.
These Terms provide you with permission to use Closnetic in accordance with your authorized access. They do not transfer ownership of Closnetic’s intellectual property to you.
Users and participating organizations may submit contacts, notes, communications, documents, transaction information, and other content to Closnetic.
You retain whatever ownership rights you otherwise have in information you lawfully submit.
You grant Closnetic and Mobile Media Plus, LLC the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, secure, back up, display, and otherwise handle that information for purposes of providing and improving the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You represent that you have the authority necessary to submit information you place in Closnetic.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Closnetic Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy should be reviewed together with these Terms.
Where SMS/text messaging is offered, applicable opt-in disclosures and links to the Privacy Policy and these Terms will be made available at the point of enrollment.
Certain Closnetic features may require a paid subscription.
Pricing, billing frequency, included features, usage limits, user allowances, and other subscription terms will be presented when a paid plan is selected.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, applicable fees are charged according to the selected billing cycle.
Taxes and third-party charges may apply.
Additional subscription, cancellation, refund, and renewal terms may be presented during checkout or in an applicable order form.
Closnetic is an evolving software platform.
We may add, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features from time to time.
We do not guarantee that every feature, integration, third-party service, or communication channel will remain available indefinitely.
We work to maintain reliable access to Closnetic, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Closnetic may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, telecommunications failures, third-party outages, security events, internet failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Closnetic and the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every particular business or transaction.
Nothing in Closnetic constitutes a guarantee of mortgage approval, financing, real estate performance, closing, referral compensation, lead conversion, revenue, or other business outcome.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mobile Media Plus, LLC and Closnetic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or relating to use of the Services, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost data, or interrupted business operations.
Any limitations under these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
We may suspend or terminate access to Closnetic when reasonably necessary because of a material violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, security threats, abuse of the platform, nonpayment of applicable fees, or other circumstances identified in an applicable subscription agreement.
Users may discontinue use of Closnetic at any time, subject to applicable subscription, contractual, retention, and legal obligations.
By using Closnetic, you acknowledge that certain notices and communications may be provided electronically, including through email, website notices, application notifications, or other electronic methods.
This provision does not independently constitute consent to receive marketing SMS messages.
SMS consent is governed separately by the applicable opt-in process.
We may update these Terms as Closnetic evolves.
When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on Closnetic.com with an updated effective or revision date.
Where required by applicable law or contract, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
Continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another jurisdiction’s mandatory law controls.
Any additional dispute-resolution, venue, arbitration, or similar provisions applicable to paid Closnetic subscriptions may also be included in an applicable order form or customer agreement.
